      Official holidays are being taken.

      Cons

      Male employees are being paid twice as much as female employees even in the same titles, It is a family-run business that prioritizes family members over employees. There is no proper management hierarchy; even fresh graduates are given managerial titles over you. You will not receive support, recognition, or appreciation, either verbally or financially. HR is not professional once the employee applied resignation.
