      - You eventually get to quit - Survival training in psychological warfare - Trauma bonding with equally broken coworkers - A paycheck that feels like hush money - Coffee, liquid courage for another day in hell

      Cons

      - Radioactive, soul-crushing culture that feeds on misery - Leaders who are incompetent, arrogant, and allergic to accountability - Gaslighting, scapegoating, and constant blame-shifting - Zero support, zero mentorship, zero humanity - Work-life balance obliterated by midnight emails and 24/7 leash - Micromanagement so suffocating it kills all creativity - Revolving-door turnover, people flee faster than management can replace them - Communication is pure lies, secrets, and contradictions - Career growth is a sick joke reserved for the boss’s pets - Impossible expectations with no resources, recognition, or sanity - Feedback delivered as psychological warfare, not guidance - Emotional abuse packaged as “company culture”
