I reached out regarding this job to a contact that I had spoken to before about the same position when it was advertised a year prior. I was asked to submit a workplace assessment again. I resubmitted the one I had sent before and I was then contacted to say that I should re-do the assessment so it reflects my current behaviors (Fair enough). During the call, I was told what they were looking for in terms of the behavioral style compared to my previous submission.
I then resubmitted the assessment and got a very curt reply saying that they were not sure that the assessment would be influenced by what was said on the phone.
Fair enough, but why would you then tell me what you were looking for on the phone and ask me to resubmit.
Very narrow minded approach to talent acquisition.
