Pros

Accepts fresh grad with no prior experience. There are also plenty of affiliate companies and brands that you’ll be handling which can be advantageous if you’re someone who’s building a strong portfolio, and eventually can get you out from the company itself.

Cons

Again, since there’s LOTS of affiliate companies which handled by very few people, you’ll be juggling a minimum of 3 brands with different demands on daily basis. Not to mention that their locations are scarce and there will be times that you’ll have to travel depending on the managements’ VERY short notice. Today, you’re gonna be working in BGC, then the next day you have to attend a meeting on Cavite; that I personally think is a kind of thing that only works well for someone who drives their own vehicle on the way to work. Although, they offer reimbursement for the fare, I think the time and energy it took from traveling is more valuable given how painful it is to commute here in the Philippines. Following the first thing I mentioned, since you’ll be working with different demanding brands, there are times that the workload does not meet the 8 hour shift finish. So yup, there will be lots of overtime works, and majority of the overtime pay you did will mostly not make the cut since the HR Payroll in-charge is not responsive. Now, if you’re someone who’s just starting your career, you may take this as a challenge and opportunity to build your experiences and character. But if you’re someone who values work-life-balance, or someone who wants a stable job environment, then you might really have to reconsider other options coz this aint it.
