- Good as a training ground bad - High yearly increase if you ask - You can flourished if you know to play the game

Cons

- Not good to stay that long - Homegrown managers and seniors that have limited reference for leadership - HRs and upper management are basically puppets by the owner and bosses aka "Villars"
