Pros

You can gain experience working with AWS environments and enterprise customers. There were also talented and supportive people within the technical teams. Unfortunately, many of those people eventually left or were laid off.

Cons

The salary is well below industry standards, benefits are minimal, and raises are almost nonexistent. I worked there for two years, and every raise request was denied, despite increased responsibilities. The company also seems to repeat the same layoff cycle when revenue drops. Our team was told that new India-based employees were there only to support us, not replace us. After we trained them, around half the team, including the team leader, was laid off. Management constantly praises the company culture, but employees receive very little in return. Growth opportunities are often promised but rarely delivered. Even internal moves can be blocked when another team wants you. If you are ambitious and perform well, expect more work, not better pay, promotion, or job security.

Pros

Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

Cons

Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.

Safe Environment but no room to grow

Pros

Good people. Flexible PTO, flexible working hours as long as you get your job done

Cons

Working 120% hard doesn’t lead to promotion. Management roles seem to advance quickly, while individual contributors often have limited room to grow unless they consider leaving. Don’t assume loyalty alone will be recognized or rewarded.
