      Non-trustable management, poor development team(mostly)

      Pros

      Good business ideas. Interesting, complex development issues.

      Cons

      The management decided to use cheap force for development. (ratemetrics.com) =>(a lot of bugs, hard to maintain) Refused to pay for vacation allowance. I didn't get the compensation for 16 days of work when leaving the company. The business owner is rude and strongly unprofessional in the collaboration.

      Pros

      Friendly work environment (depends on the team lead) Nice canteen with economical pricing.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know how to run a company, also the pay your salary after 10th of every month. Unclean bathrooms Dirty office politics and they don't even have a proper Management structure. Sudden layoffs if they cannot pay you or if they don't have any projects on hand. No salary increment.
