Friendly work environment (depends on the team lead) Nice canteen with economical pricing.
Cons
Management doesn't know how to run a company, also the pay your salary after 10th of every month. Unclean bathrooms Dirty office politics and they don't even have a proper Management structure. Sudden layoffs if they cannot pay you or if they don't have any projects on hand. No salary increment.
