I always feel like my input is appreciated, and supervisors are consistently available for one on one meetings. This is a small, client-focused company where everyone supports each other to ensure one another's success.

I worked for Advanced Behavior Consultants for over two years, and this company is brilliant. This company provided the training and the assistance that helped me get into a world-renowned Behavior Analysis master program. The owner has established a culture were, he welcomes any employees opinion or idea, and he often uses them to better the lives of his employees and the company. It was not uncommon for the owner to drop into a session, and work one on one with me. Additionally, this company provides such high-quality ABA services to a child with autism and their families that would impress Donald Baer, Mont Wolf, and Todd Risely. The overly competitive pay and the work benefits, and the culture made working for this company a dream job. Advanced Behavior Consultants provides their RBTs with the best training.
