      I feel so fortunate to have joined this company and get a chance to professionally develop through the work we accomplish. My co-workers are hard-working individuals who are fun to work with and great at collaborating. ABC is a company that provides the training and support needed for employees to thrive in this field. I always feel like my input is appreciated, and supervisors are consistently available for one on one meetings. This is a small, client-focused company where everyone supports each other to ensure one another's success.

      Pros

      I loved my time working at ABC! Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. The leadership genuinely cares about their employees and are always willing to have conversations that are solution-focused and compassionate. Some of the smartest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met work here! Even in an administrative role, I learned so much! Hands down the best place I have worked for. SO MUCH ROOM FOR GROWTH!

      I really can't think of any! Leadership is observant and compassionate-- willing to reach out and make sure everything is okay instead of coming from an immediately punitive stance.

      Professional development was offered tremendously, great team collaboration, definitely gives a family feel.

      Cons

      Scheduling wasn’t consistent and the pay wasn’t great.
