      Pros

      A unique company with the best team. Both management and staff work together as a team to bring the best services to the clients. A family oriented company works hard to support not only the client, but the family as a whole. Very friendly and welcoming staff to all those they bring on board. Could not ask for a better employer. Very rewarding work for some truly wonderful people.

      I cannot think of a single one.

      Pros

      I loved my time working at ABC! Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. The leadership genuinely cares about their employees and are always willing to have conversations that are solution-focused and compassionate. Some of the smartest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met work here! Even in an administrative role, I learned so much! Hands down the best place I have worked for. SO MUCH ROOM FOR GROWTH!

      Cons

      I really can't think of any! Leadership is observant and compassionate-- willing to reach out and make sure everything is okay instead of coming from an immediately punitive stance.

      Professional development was offered tremendously, great team collaboration, definitely gives a family feel.

      Cons

      Scheduling wasn’t consistent and the pay wasn’t great.
