I loved my time working at ABC! Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. The leadership genuinely cares about their employees and are always willing to have conversations that are solution-focused and compassionate. Some of the smartest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met work here! Even in an administrative role, I learned so much! Hands down the best place I have worked for. SO MUCH ROOM FOR GROWTH!
Cons
I really can't think of any! Leadership is observant and compassionate-- willing to reach out and make sure everything is okay instead of coming from an immediately punitive stance.
