      Pros

      Management really cares about the people that work for it, and it's not just lip service. This is a virtual administrative and bookkeeping company, offering very flexible hours and a work from home environment which absolutely fits my life.

      There are no health benefits offered yet as it's a young company

      Working remotely Flexible hours Great team - everybody's really positive and motivated Awesome clients (the company has a strict 'no jerk' policy)

      Potentially a bit lonely if you're used to working in an physical office with other people Can have really short deadlines depending on the client
