      Management really cares about the people that work for it, and it's not just lip service. This is a virtual administrative and bookkeeping company, offering very flexible hours and a work from home environment which absolutely fits my life.

      Pros

      The leadership of this company is amazing. They are open to new ideas/processes willing to work with everyone's schedules and are as flexible in their schedules. The culture is amazing and they truly is a great group of women to work with.

      Cons

      Starting with the company can be slow as they figure out your working style and fit you with a client. They do their best to get you started and off the ground running!
