      Good culture, well rewarded financially when you perform well and a good culture

      Cons

      Lot of people come and go, otherwise a great company for high performing sales reps who fit the culture. Might get fired if you dont do both well enough.

      Great company to learn the ropes of recruitment and work part time during studies. A great company in getting to know people in the business, a culture that is focused on improving and striving forward

      Cons

      Not a con according to me but id you do not like the competitive, very social environment this might not be the best company for you
