Academic Work interview questions

Called out of the blue more than a month after I applied for the job. Asked me to describe why i would be a perfect fit for the job without wanting to give any info about what job she called about. Got an email five minutes after the "interview" saying they chose someone with more work experience.

Process was fast Consisted of: -Talent Aquisition with Academic Work -Hiring manager Interview was pleasant. I didn't have questions in the end as the conversation was very rich. Decision was made after 2 steps.
