I couldn't stand working at AZOVA because of how controlling and abusive the leadership was! They have high expectations and force employees to meet unreasonable demands, but they also have zero trust in them, so instead of providing guidance, they opt to control and monitor their every action, which does nothing but make even the simplest of tasks a pain to accomplish!

The leadership is horrible. They have serious trust issues. They try to micromanage employees, and their control-freak attitude leads to additional stress and exhaustion for employees. Despite multiple attempts to reason with them, they have refused to change their terrible behavior. All good employees have already left. Some decent ones are planning to leave soon.
