You'd be much better off working anywhere else. My experience at AZOVA was nothing but miserable!

I couldn't stand working at AZOVA because of how controlling and abusive the leadership was! They have high expectations and force employees to meet unreasonable demands, but they also have zero trust in them, so instead of providing guidance, they opt to control and monitor their every action, which does nothing but make even the simplest of tasks a pain to accomplish!
