      - Benefits of a fully remote setup, eliminating commute stress and enhancing work-life balance - Ability to work with and learn from coworkers and mentors who are media and anime industry leaders - Passionate and collaborative team environment where everyone has each other's back - Responsiveness to ethics on latest technologies and its possible effects on artists

      Cons

      - Due to timezone differences, - can be tricky to set regular large team meetings - may require a little adjustment to working asynchronously especially with cross-country teams

      People are good Small company, so less likely to get lost in the shuffle Really took care of me and found a new place for me amidst restructuring at the company You get to make stuff that reaches people and has a tangible, meaningful impact Stories are cool

      Cons

      Tech and entertainment are volatile industries, but if you want to work in either of those fields, that doesn't really count as a negative. You know it's volatile, that's part of the appeal.
