      People are good Small company, so less likely to get lost in the shuffle Really took care of me and found a new place for me amidst restructuring at the company You get to make stuff that reaches people and has a tangible, meaningful impact Stories are cool

      Cons

      Tech and entertainment are volatile industries, but if you want to work in either of those fields, that doesn't really count as a negative. You know it's volatile, that's part of the appeal.
