Medical insurance Freshers can join as they need to start earning fast

Horrible Indian management Few people are trying to rule they terminate as and when they want Don't get fooled by their glassdoor reviews. if you are smart, you will find some pattern in the reviews all the photos that they have posted, check how many are still with them.

1. The management style is overly controlling and lacks transparency. 2. Employees who express differing opinions or provide constructive feedback risk immediate termination. 3. There is no established or positive workplace culture to support employee well-being or collaboration. 4. Employees often feel like mere instruments of management, with little to no decision-making power. 5. There are limited opportunities for career advancement within the organization. 6. The environment does not support or encourage the growth of technical skills. 7. Employees are frequently required to work on weekends without proper consideration or compensation. 8. Not safe for female employees 9. Never suggest to join for freshers as well as experience. 10. Managers sometimes resort to threatening employees with job loss to enforce compliance, creating a toxic and fearful work environment.
