Pros

I joined 24/7 Software as an intern with very limited industry experience and was unsure about many aspects of software development. From day one, my team, manager, and team lead were extremely supportive and patient. They always guided me whenever I faced challenges and helped me learn new technologies and best practices. Whenever I made mistakes, they treated them as learning opportunities rather than failures and encouraged me to keep improving. The work environment is positive, collaborative, and focused on growth. The team is always willing to help, and I have gained valuable technical as well as professional skills during my time here. Overall, it has been a great learning experience with supportive leadership and excellent colleagues.

Cons

No major cons from my experience so far. The team, management, and work culture have been very supportive throughout my journey.

Fast-paced work that helps develop both technical and communication skills.

Cons

Workload can be demanding, especially when handling multiple client requests and deadlines. Frequent troubleshooting and support tasks can become repetitive. Tight turnaround times for customer issues may occasionally require extra effort. Some tools and platforms are niche, which may limit exposure to more widely used industry technologies. Processes and documentation could be improved in certain areas.
