Interview
A lot like speed dating - very fun, quirky questions, gave me a really good idea of the vibe of the team. I was able to really get to know some of the people I would work with and enjoyed the off-the-wall questions. It was full of energy and gave me a really good feeling about working there.

Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
