The work environment is neither friendly nor as fast-paced as advertised on the website. There are no established processes, and even the manager lacks knowledge of fundamental methodologies. Additionally, they do not provide candidates with enough opportunities to ask questions during the hiring process, making it difficult to gain clarity about the role and expectations.
