3 rounds, recruiter phone screen, hiring manager, 3 member panel (2 peers & 1 manager). Recruiter call was quick and to the point. Hiring manager gave a lot of background and unfortunately didn't spend enough time on the position which I was interview for. And I felt under prepared going into panel, wasn't not surprise another candidate was selected.
