Easy! Two rounds, one with the assistant manager and one with the store manager. It wasn't too tough. Each manager focused on your soft skills vs hard skills in experience. Focus on customer service, leadership, and problem solving capabilities.

Popcorn style- everyone had chance to speak. It was relatively easy and fluid to speak via Zoom. Had a chance to show your personality. There were a couple of rounds which weeded down until you either got an offer or not.

It was a group Zoom interview. They had you introduce yourself and asked three situational questions. They wanted specific situations that you were in as the answer to display how you do in the actual work environment.

1. explain how you time manage and prioritize.
2. explain a time where you had to deal with a situation that was bringing down the team morale.
