First group interview and then a 1:1 with store manager. Friendly, chilled out - everyone had a chance to answer a question first, so you just had to make sure you got in there.

-Describe a situation where you had to do something you didn’t want to, how did you get through it and what did you learn from it? - Describe a time you had to work with a challenging colleague, how did you deal with it and what did you learn from it? - What quality can you bring to the store and how will this help you when serving 100+ guests a day? - Describe the best customer service you ever received and what was so good about it? - What is a goal you set yourself recently, how did you achieve it? - Describe a positive relationship you have with a colleague - what makes it work?

Group meeting was first, and just classic interview questions like "what would you do in this situation." You had time to answer and think about your answer. After you get passed that it is a phone interview which is mostly just chatting about the job and if you have all the qualifications they need. Hardest part is just getting interview
