I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Alpharetta, GA) in Apr 2022
Interview
This was for a 6-month contract Key Leader position. More than one controversial interview question as if the interviewer wanted to know your political affiliation without directly asking you. To make it worst, the interviewer(s) were not engaging or friendly which added to the pressure as if this was for a high-paying high-pressure position. The hourly rate is $18-$19 an hour before tax. You will be in a group interview but do not stress over the background of your webcam as the main interviewer was sitting on the floor next to their bed.
