      Educator/Key Lead Interview

      Mar 27, 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Baltimore, MD
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2014

      Interview

I just went through the first step of the process, which was a group interview. I was surprised at how relaxed it was. Everyone was told to dress comfortably. I can't say that the questions were hard because they mainly pertained to your personality, your health and fitness and topics of that nature.

      Question 1

No question was difficult. I was surprised that more questions were not asked about retail experience, but I suppose that will come if a one on one interview is scheduled. Overall, a great experience.

      Interview

Very fluid and actually fun. Group then 1:1. They made expectations very clear and outlined opportunities for growth. Felt like it was easy to gain rapport with the people interviewing.

      Interview

Casual interview style. Forthcoming. Open and honest. A lot of behavioural questions and scenarios were asked. They are big on personal development and are keen on learning what you’d like to learn from the role be it in the long run or a short stint.

      Interview

We met in the lounge area of the Equinox gym, which was near the store. It was just me and another girl being interviewed along with 2 Lululemon workers. They were dressed in gym attire so it was a very informal interview process. I also dressed in gym attire from researching the interview process. They asked us questions and at the end they told about the 2nd round interview details, which included a 6:30 am workout with the team the next day. I showed up the next day while the other girl did not. I didn’t get an offer for the job despite being qualified and putting more effort than the other girl in my opinion, but I feel like it was all due to my limited availability while the other girl was free all summer she said. Availability plays a major part for them, which makes sense.

      Question 1

What was my availability for the summer?
