I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Coquitlam, BC) in Sep 2013
Interview
Someone I know works there and said they were conducting group interviews so she added me to the list. There were 9 of us at the interview, we sat in the middle of the mall on couches. The two interviewers were very friendly and easy going. I had read through ALL the reviews posted on Glassdoor and compiled a list of possible questions and prepared for them since I'm not very good at questions such as tell us about a time when you went above and beyond or when did you act without integrity. I got a call back two days later for a one-on-one interview and I thought it went SO well! She made it seem like I had it. She said they conduct group interviews every single week (probably for their employee's to get practice) and that they were hiring 24 people for the xmas season. I was then called two days later to say they didn't have a spot for me. I was stunned and obviously disappointed BUT since I had read all the reviews on here I wasn't completely shocked, as I knew it was possible that it would seem like it went super well but then not work out. So that was a bummer but it obviously wasn't meant to be ;)

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
