I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
Applied online and approximately 4 days later received an email inviting me to a group interview. They also request that you bring something to teach the group. There were about 8 of us, plus two of the shift managers interviewing. The basically just regurgitated the questions you fill out on the website. They're really looking for personality and cultural fit.
Later that week I was invited for a 1-1 interview with the store manager. Again, same basic concept. Goals, why lululemon, how you react to feedback; pretty easy stuff. Nothing was challenging and it felt much more like a conversation than an interview. I then got an email requesting a background check and 3 references. Received a call about a week later with an offer. From application to hire was about 3 weeks.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
