Interview
The interview process consists of roughly three interviews. The first being a group-oriented interview to weed out/pick out talent from the masses. If you catch their eye the next interview will more than likely be workout-oriented where you will sweat with members of the team, as well as other interviews (still group style). The third interview will usually either be with a ASM or SM (store manager), and if you make it to this point you will probably receive an offer.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
