I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Santa Barbara, CA) in Sep 2012
Interview
The initial interview was a group interview and it seemed like they liked people that were interactive with other people and well-spoken. Everyone seemed genuine and smiled a lot. They invited me back for a second interview and the people interviewing were less nice and more serious. I felt like they didn't embody the lululemon mantra that they advocate. It was very informal and the two people interviewing for the second interview did not speak to us until the interview which was awkward.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
