Interview
I applied for a Financial Analyst position and got an email form their HR. I went through the first interview, and realized that it is a contract and my salary expectations are slightly higher, but I decided to not drop interest at this point. I filled out the references form for them. Then I had a second interview with the senior manager of the team. In a few days I got an email from their HR saying that they declined me because I had more experience than the role required. I applied a few times after that, but never got an in-person interview. I understand that the place is super cometitive, but it is ridiculous how often the HRs change in this company, and how hard it is to apply from outside. Now when I see a job posting from Lululemon I ask myself, is it worth spending time applying knowing they never get back

Question 1
General questions about past work experience and how it is applicable for the role
One phone screening for some basic information, then one written technical case, mine is for financial modeling. After that, you will have one HM interview. Probably have another panel interview.

Question 1
Common questions, why company, why position. Some bq and some technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2024
Interview
Standard phone screen followed by completion of Excel case model that had to be completed within 24 hours. Phone screen consisted of going through your resume and talking about past work experiences. The business case was quite comprehensive and required 2 parts to submit: the Excel model and a short report outlining your thought process. It seemed like the person interviewing me didn't read my resume beforehand.

Interview
Call with recruiter then a video call with hiring managers, supported by the recruiter throughout. The second one was often with two managers at once. Asking about past experiences, skills. They are pretty quick to let you know whether you are moving on in the process.
