I filled out an online questionnaire and received an email reply inviting me to a group interview scheduled for a few days later. When I arrived at the store for the interview, I was told there were no other candidates interviewing with me. I was interviewed by a store manager and another associate at a nearby coffee shop. It was very casual. The questions asked were about how I like to sweat, fitness goals, etc. (All the questions you can find online ahead of time.) The staff working that evening and the employees who interviewed me were all in their 20s. Since I'm an attractive, 40-something avid runner and certified yoga teacher, I felt I would "fit in" in the Lululemon environment, despite reading online that the company tends to hire pretty-young-things. You probably know where this is going...I received an email rejection the next day.

Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
