I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2015
Interview
Pretty intense process. 5 separate interviews and never even called me back to tell me that I hadn't gotten the job. First interview was a pre-recorded online video interview-- super nerve wracking being timed for your responses. Then there were a series of in-person ones with a recruiter, an art director, 3 art directors, and then a coffee meeting with another art director. Thought I had it in the bag at that point, but apparently not!
Phone call. I was the first candidate to be interviewed. Interviewer sounded knowledgable but also in a rush.
Asked for my background, provided insights into the role and company, and answered any questions I had. Overall a pleasant conversation.
Told me to reach out in two weeks if I did not hear back.

Interview
I applied online and had them reach out to schedule an initial phone screening. I was asked to move on to an additional interview with the hiring manager, then told a decision would be made within a few weeks. In this time, I did one other interview with a higher level design manager. I was told I’d hear back within a week but they ended up ghosting me, even after I reached out to see if there were updates. Other than the ghosting, they were communicative and things moved very efficiently, but no response after 3 interviews was disappointing.
Did a pre-screening to see if we were aligned at first, if I knew the adobe, how I work best, if I would be okay in a hybrid-role, if I knew how to create e-mails within Figma
