I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at lululemon in Oct 2016
Interview
Went to group interview which was basically me and a bunch of high school students. They were all shy and played team school sports very casually so naturally I stood out. Was called back for a 1:1 interview with one manager. Was kind of weirded out by the whole thing because he kept talking about his past sports history like I should be super impressed. I wasn't needless to say he downplayed all of my recent goals and kind of looked down on me like I was inferior. I definitely was not suprised when I didn't get an offer. I was suprised that lululemon would employ someone like the guy who interviewed me. I decided that if that's what they look for it is definitely not a company I want to work for.

iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
