I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at lululemon (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2016
Interview
We had a group interview (about 15 people, which I thought was a lot). The process was very relaxed, it didn't feel super tense and stressful. We had 3 employees asking us questions and people could just answer in no specific order. Overall, I think the approach was very easy going. Most of the people applying were people going to college and looking for part-time work, which was not my case. After the group interview, one of the employees told us they had only seasonal positions available, so it would be a contract, which was not specified for when I applied. Then we did yoga and filled out availability sheets.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
