I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
This was my first time interviewing for a retail job, and it didn't help that this group interview was dominated by older women. I heard about the job through a former employee who worked there and was still friends with the manager and staff. No note-taking whatsoever from the interviewing panel, so I have no idea what differentiated me from the others who were offered a position. Questions revolved around individual fitness and zen/what's your feng shui in life. I honestly felt like I was being interviewed to be in the yoga business. Besides that, the questions had nothing to do with how I would be an asset to the company, and were like "What's your all-time favorite item that you would recommend to me right now?" Answers were all related to makeup. Not a negative experience, just lacked structure and logic
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
