The communications were straightforward. I was contacted by email to attend a group interview. It was extremely informal and the questions were definitely non-traditional: If you were an action figure, who would you be? There was some free-form discussion around the answers as everyone took their turn answering, including those conducting the interview. Then they invited us back for a run the next evening, but I did not attend due to a prior commitment, and I did not get asked back.
