The interview process was extremely disorganized and frustrating. On Monday, I attended the first round, which involved a written test, technical round, and managerial round. I waited from 11 AM to 7 PM to complete these stages. For the HR round, I was asked to return on Wednesday, where I waited from 11 AM to 2 PM for the round to start, and then had to wait until 5:30 PM for a final update.
After all this waiting, I was told that referral candidates were being prioritized, and my application would only be considered if any vacancies remained. This was extremely disrespectful to the time and effort I invested in attending the interviews across two days. If referral candidates were the priority, this should have been communicated earlier, saving everyone’s time.
Overall, this experience reflected poor planning, a lack of transparency, and disrespect for candidates.
