I applied online and was emailed a few days later for an initial phone screen. Our conversation was great, and the recruiter said we would be in touch shortly. I was quickly scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager and it went really well. I was told they would be in contact within about a week to talk next steps.
It has now been over 3 weeks, I have followed up multiple times, and have been completely ghosted. I wouldn't care as much as I do but I had an amazing interview and I really saw myself at iCIMS and in the role. It's fine not to move people forward in the process- maybe just let them know? Super disappointing....

Interview
I was referred by a senior employee. The recruiter was 15 minutes late for the meeting she scheduled with me and unprepared. She was not very respectful and demanded to know exactly what I make. I am no longer interested in pursuing opportunities at Icims after speaking with her.
