The onboarding and ramping up process was incredibly easy, and the trainers made life easy. I have no background in technology, but it's amazing how quickly the trainers bring you up to speed on everything iCIMS. I am very happy that I joined this organization!
Not a Con, but there is a lot of moving and shuffling of the deck in each division. There are a lot of great minds at work here, and you have to be able to look at the big picture at all times.
Advice to Management
With the ever changing landscape here, I would like that the managers are as transparent as possible. It will help keep everyone's focus on the task at hand, and the rumor mill doesn't begin to distract us.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS (Matawan, NJ (US)) in February-2017.
The interview process consisted of 3 interview 'events' and a codility.com test. After applying, I was contacted for a preliminary phone interview that gauged a rough outline of my abilities and interest in the position. I was then emailed a link to a codility.com timed coding test, comprised of three segments progressively more difficult. The third interview was by phone using a collaborative working environment and was based on coding skills. What was intended to be the final interview was onsite and consisted of three technical sessions and a behavioral session. I had to come in one more time for the behavioral interview as the original interviewer had been switched out at last minute due to inclement weather. All of the interviewers were friendly and engaging. I was a very comfortable, and the entire process took place over a few weeks.
