Everyone really cares about your time here and wants to give you all the tools for you to succeed. They are so open and want you to be happy first so you can be the best that you can be.
Growing pains, lack of communication. When we are growing at this rapid pace, it can be hard for my department to get on the same page. I feel like sometimes I have to ask 4 different people and get 4 different answers.
Advice to Management
Be open to new employees and have more dedicated time to help them get acclimated. Time is hard to come by but your availability can truly speed up the onboarding process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS.
Pretty straight forward - not curveballs or challenging questions. Overall, the interview process was very comfortable and everyone was quite engaging. It was clear that the interviewers had take the time to review my resume which was encouraging.
