I have been working at iCIMS full-time (Less than a year)
My first 90 days have been overwhelmingly positive. During this time, my focus was on understanding the company's culture, processes, products, people. Was not expected to engage or deliver on team tasks/projects. Rather understand how the company operates so that I can begin to be productive on day 90 +1.
Not really a con. Even though we only had 90 day's for onboarding, I felt I needed more time to learn more. The good thing is that the company enables you to continue learning about the company, the products, our customers, through out the year by requiring 32 hours of learning. You can pick from a series of online, in-person, on-site, or remote courses to help you grow in your position and/or learn about the company.
I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS in January-2018.
iCIMS interview process was extremely professional and very thorough. They took the time to make sure there was a strong cultural fit. The entire process was very impressive as is the company.
