I applied for several positions within the company so I had about 4 interviews( 2 phone & 2 in person) plus the 2 minute video response explaining why you want to work for them . I think the interview process was a little bit of challenge especially since I had two back to back interviews on the same day with 4 different people, but if you're not up for a challenge then I don't think this is the position for you . This seems like an amazing company to work for & if you're a millenial like myself then you know how tough the job market is coming out of college. The interview questions force you to think in ways you may have not in other interviews . I felt really positive after my interview, even got a follow up call the next day from the original recruiter I spoke with to negotiate my salary . Even though the salary was a little lower than I was hoping for, I accepted the position for the incentives and probability of longevity with the iCIMS. I definitely can see that this company is moving forward and I'm very excited to begin my career with them ! :)

Give us an example of time you went over and beyond for a customer ? Why do you still want this position after being in the field for all this time ? How do you get past the doldrums ?
Quick and to the point. 2 rounds, one with HR and one with hiring managers. No technical round. Very refreshing for a tech position where in the tech industry, 4+ rounds of interviews are starting to become the norm.

Recruiter screening was great, he was personable and easy to talk to.
Second interviews took 3 weeks to get coordinated all while not communicating with me at all. When the time came for the interview, the women were cold, had no personality, and seemed genuinely uninterested in interviewing anyone let alone myself.
Didn't hear back for another 2 weeks and at that point I was no longer interested.

the first interview I had was great.
They asked very good questions about my past experience and were very knowledgeable about the company and its benefits/perks.
The recruiter even asked how to pronounce my name! which is a small detail, but very important.
