Got a call from HR to set up a meeting. Spent about an hour in the interview. Started off with some soft-skills type interview then the second half on technical interview. I felt I was clearly a good hire for them as I was able to answer any and all questions, however never heard back from them.

It was a 1:1 interview with a tech lead from the project. During the interview they asked about my experience, they made some questions related to technology ans then we discussed about challenges on one pf their projects

3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. I was interviewed on the role I had not applied for then got a call that they needed someone with experience. Filed a complaint and was offered to interview for a different position.
