The interview process at Zywave was one of the best I have experienced. Initial contact was a short phone call asking to schedule an interview for the next week. The interview was formal and short, asking basic job qualification and personal questions (i.e. conflicts in work, roles in a group, the basics...). I was immediately told that they were pushing me to the next round, which involved a short aptitude test. I took the test, and a week later I received information regarding the next round, taking the test again at the office. It was slightly more stressful, but the exact same type of test. The great part of Zywave's experience was the quick turnaround and honest feedback.

Applied for job position online, was contacted within a couple days for a phone interview (30 minutes). Immediately following the phone interview, I was asked to complete an online assessment. Once submitted, I heard back from Zywave within a week to come in for an in-person interview with two supervisors (about an hour or so). Within 2-3 days following that interview, I was offered the position via phone call. Very straightforward process, have nothing but good things to say about the people I dealt with throughout and they were very open, friendly, and transparent all the way from initial phone screen to job offer.
