I applied online. I interviewed at Zenitech (Cluj-Napoca) in Dec 2025
Interview
I had a 1 hour long call with HR at first. It was an okay experience, altough they were pushing for more information about the project I'm working on at my current company. While I understand that they try to determine if my experience fits their expectations, they should also understand that developers are generally not allowed to fully describe their projects. At the end they promised to get back to me before the end of that week. They didn't, I heard from them around the middle of the next one, which can still be considered ok. Then I had a technical interview, where I actually had a positive experience. It was a hour talk about my experience, the tools I worked with, and how I solved some challenges in the past. At the end, again, they promised to get back to me. This was all a couple weeks before Christmas. After waiting for an answer or feedback for over a week, I sent a follow-up asking if they have any answer. The HR told me she will get back to me next week and she's sorry for being late. They didn't reply before Christmas, which actually gave me the reply that they don't want me. I sent another email in January telling them that at this level, after two long interviews, applicants deserve an answer, whether it's yes or no. Of course they never replied, but this says everything about them. It should not be allowed to treat applicants this way.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zenitech (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was interviewed by two people, the Chief Delivery Officer and Head of Operational Excellence. After the introductions, they said they're planning to unify all Project Management practices and went into the main question related to the elements that should appear on a project dashboard for a large project. Besides the principles behind the answer (that could reveal themselves at any google search), I detailed my experiences with tens of projects for big technology clients and startups, and mentioned that it's less likely for all these clients to accept a methodology from an outsourcing company, instead of using their own. They considered this entrepreneurial instead of structured approach and stopped the interview after 30 minutes. I have 20+ years in Project/Program Management and worked for top names in the digital transformation industry. I search for CDO's profile on LinkedIn, besides the current job, he worked as Support Manager at a big company.
