The interview process with Xerox Inc. was actually really laid back, the real interview was with the staffing agency where they question you to see/test your qualifications.

Interview
I was referred by someone already within the organization who was familiar with my experience and abilities. This company needed someone immediately to fill my role, or risk losing an important aspect of the contract. I was hired over the phone, and asked to start six weeks earlier than I had arranged.
