This company needed someone immediately to fill my role, or risk losing an important aspect of the contract. I was hired over the phone, and asked to start six weeks earlier than I had arranged.

      The interview process with Xerox Inc. was actually really laid back, the real interview was with the staffing agency where they question you to see/test your qualifications.
