Was a smooth interview process, Had an initial screen (30 mins)and was followed by an HM interview (45 mins). It was non technical and discussed the scope of the role and required me to speak about my own experiences via the STAR format. Was told that they were deciding whether to hire in Poland or England. A whole 2 weeks later, and I received an automated rejected email with no feedback. No recruiter email or contact to find out more information. Was a nice interview process but it is incredibly dissappointing to spend over an hour interviewing to not hear anything as to why I was not successful.

Had a 20-minute phone screening with the recruiter. They asked about my background, key projects, and interest in the role. Also explained the team structure, company culture, and next interview steps.
